The process begins with a safety inspection, starting on one side of the door, checking the rollers, cables, bottom brackets, and seals. We then check if it is balanced and does it hold at the top? From there, we check the overall weight of the door assuring that it is between 3-5 pounds, allowing anyone to lift it if it’s ever necessary. Lastly, we check the garage door opener, gears, safety mechanisms, lubricate where needed. As a complimentary add-on, if the springs need adjusting we’ll adjust those as well!
